Inn Policies

CHECK IN TIME is after 3:30PM and between 3:30-6:00 PM; later arrivals up to 9 PM with prior arrangement. Our Front desk closes at 9:00pm.

CHECK OUT: Check out time  is no later than 11:00 AM. 

NO SMOKING. We are a non smoking premise and grounds. 

CHILDREN: Must be a min of 12 years of age. Infants are considered children. Children are required to have a reservation and must be traveling with an adult.

Age Requirement Policy: Inn guests must be 21 years or older with a valid identification to reserve and check into a room.

Reservation Policy: Reservations are confirmed with 1 nights advance deposit. 50% deposit is required for multiple room bookings. Balance is due at Check-in.

TAX: There is an additional sales tax of 8.7% and a 2% County lodging tax applied to all USD per day charges

Extra persons can be accommodated in the Garden Suite only for $30 extra person charge. The Garden Suite comes with one King bed for a party of 2. It can also be ordered with 1 King bed and the addition of a full size twin bed or 3 twin beds. Twin Bed requests for a party of 2 must be indicated in the special request section of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations/changes with more than 7 days notice are subject to a $20 fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days cancellation notice are responsible for the entire reservation and will be refunded any room nights that we are able to re-book, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Multiple room reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation/change notice and are subject to $20 fee per room. Whole house bookings are subject to separate contract, 50% deposit and a 60 day cancellation policy.

NO PETS are allowed do to the preservation of our registered wildlife habitat.

NO Candles: Lighted Candles or any open flames are not permitted in our guest rooms for fire safety reasons.

 

Minimum stay Periods: Weekend stays subject to 2 night minimum year round. A shorter stay may be possible if within 1-2 days of requested date. Two night minimum booking is required to stay during high Season months July1 through September 30. Increased minimum may also apply during certain holidays and festivals..Long weekends may require 3 night min. DJango Festival  requires 3 night min. booking until 9/1

To inquire about a shorter stay possibility you should call the Inn's reservation line directly.

High Season: July 1 through September 30, and Thanksgiving (Wednesday to Saturday). The Inn is closed to guests December 1 through January 31 annually.
Your reservation is confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night stay at time that reservation is made. We accept Visa, MC and advance payment by personal check. Balance will be charged to your credit card day of check in. Reservation requests will be confirmed only when reservation has been secured with deposit.
