Amenities. Each of our rooms is appointed with cloudlike down duvets and pillows (down alternatives for allergies), Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy Turkish cotton towels, robes, hair dryers, and AromaTherapy shampoo, lotions, and shower gels.
Our healthy Northwest inspired brekfast is served around 9:00 a.m. in our dining room or, weather permitting in the summer, open air on the back deck overlooking Saratoga Passage and Mt. Baker. Each day you are served a delightfully different menu, seasonally inspired and served with Northwest flair. Coffee in the Northwest is a tradition, and our own custom island blend from Mukilteo Coffee will entice you into a perfect day of exploration or if you prefer a more restful pace, the pursuit of absolutely nothing. After all, "Island Time" is a way of life.
Menu style. Our menus have a focus on the fresh and natural, light on salt, sugar and fat. Served "sit down." Common-table banquet style or, in summer, tables of four outside on the deck. Seasonal fruits, fresh fruit sorbet or fruit slushes to start, followed by a hot entre such as:
* Alder-smoked salmon souffle with dilled toast
* Spinach and feta cheese baked egg with sundried tomato
* Herb-baked egg with thyme mushroom blintz
* German puffed pancake with island wild berries
* Pecan praline french toast with maple syrup
* Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon lox
* And . . . followed by specialty muffins or our famous Wild Berry Coffee Cakes, and of course all the Island coffee you can hold. Just like at home!
